These purchase rules regulate the terms of purchase, payment, delivery and return of goods, applied through the website www.emcer.lt , which sells stone tiles.
1. Product description
The site offers high-quality stone tiles for floor and wall decoration.
Product photos are for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the products due to different screen settings, lighting or other technical circumstances.
2. Placing an order

After submitting the request, an individual order confirmation is sent to the buyer by e-mail within 1-2 business days, which indicates:

3. Payment terms
Payment is made by bank transfer according to the invoice provided, sent by e-mail.
The order will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
4. Delivery

6. Applicable legislation
These procurement rules have been prepared in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, including, but not limited to:
· the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
· The Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Consumer Rights Protection;
· Retail trade rules;
· E-commerce rules.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the location of the seller's registered office.
